Amanda Claire Bernshteyn, MPH, NC is a nutritionist with a holistic attitude about health. She graduated from the George Washington University School of Public Health and Health Services, with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a pre-med concentration. To further round out her holistic beliefs, she studied with some of the top public health professionals in the world at The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine to obtain a Masters degree in Public Health Nutrition, with a concentration in Health Promotion – and an interest in vitamin D status and sunlight exposure in rural Gambian women.  After continuing to study and spread the word about nutrition, food, and health for several years, Amanda completed a program in Holistic Nutrition at Bauman College in Berkeley, California. Amanda is a Certified Nutrition Consultant practicing locally in Los Angeles and virtually across the globe.


Amanda is a member of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals
