Some great tips on meditation. Use one or use them all… just meditate!
for some of us, sitting and meditating doesn’t feel natural at ALL! Not to worry, you can practice many of these tools when you are out walking (stay away from busy streets!), practicing yoga, cleaning your house, driving, etc. Of course it’s best to sit quietly, but if you just can’t get yourself to do it try being more mindful in other aspects of your life.
