Yes, I know it’s the fall and we’re headed towards winter but I wanted to share this bright and beautiful infographic about the many benefits of fruit. Some of these are currently in season, apples, pears, oranges, and of course we can usually always find lemons, avocados, and the tropical fruits as well. All fruits especially those that are seasonal and grown close to home (if possible) are nutrient dense and a great substitution for other sweets!
