Looking for something delicious to bake? Here you have it, banana sunflower muffins courtesy of SIN!
Banana-sunflower muffins:: Preheat oven to 350 3 ripe bananas 3 eggs 1/4 cup melted coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup coconut flour 1/4 cup almond flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 2 tbsp sunflower seed butter 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp ginger 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice Pinch salt 1 cup blueberries (can use frozen, just defrost and drain) 1/4 cup chopped dried apples Handful of coconut shreds for top Directions: Mix all dry ingredients In separate bowl mash banana with sunflower-seed butter and add remaining wet ingredients. Add the dry to the wet and add berries and dried apple and mix all together Put in muffin tins (12 about) Top with coconut shreds and bake for about 25 min Enjoy!!
