Besides eating well, sleep is the next most important component of good health – of course there is exercise and stress reduction and other healthy things you can do, but sleep should be pretty high on the list. And when we don’t sleep well, we tend to make unhealthy food choices… we all know it’s true!

The suggestions above are great. Turn the TV off, read something relaxing, take a bath (toss some epsom salts in there and you’ll be in magnesium heaven!), stretch, meditate, do something you know is relaxing – these tips will help you get a better night’s rest.
